The Woods Cross Utah North Stake, its Branch and Wards each have their own Building Schedulers found in Online Resources in their separate directories under Stake Leaders/Other Callings, Branch Leaders/Other Callings, and Ward Leaders/Other Callings.
The Building Schedulers for the Bountiful 28th Ward (meeting in the Hidden Chapel), and the Foxboro 9th Ward (meeting in the Stake Center) are listed in the Woods CrossUtah North Stake Directory under Stake Leaders/Other Callings.

1. Schedule or reserve your building first before scheduling your event.
2. All scheduling and reserving of stake buildings must be through the appropriate scheduler as shown on the preceding page.
3. Church facilities are kept available for church use. Scheduling of facilities for wedding receptions and other approved non-church, private functions may be finalized no earlier than within TWO WEEKS preceding the event.
4. Stake Baptisms and Athletics scheduled in the calendar on Saturdays have control of the building during the hours shown irrespective of the controlling ward indication.
5. Funerals scheduled with the appropriate scheduler supersede and preempt all other activities, regardless of prior and proper scheduling.
6. The High Council Room is only scheduled through the Stake Clerk.
7. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and other holidays indicated on the Calendar, FOR ALL BUILDINGS are scheduled through the Stake Buildings Scheduler.
8. Sunday scheduling outside of the individual wards’ blocks is controlled by the agent ward and should conclude by 6:30 PM and building vacated by 7:00 PM.
9. Mondays. No activity in the buildings after 5:00 PM.
10. Tuesday through Thursday. No activities should be in the buildings after 10:00 PM.
11. Thursday, all activities, including Basketball, must be scheduled through the Stake Building Scheduler.
12. All Friday and Saturday activities must be completed by 11:30 PM and the building vacated by 12:00 AM midnight.
13. Controlling Ward 3-Digit Code. To determine which ward has priority use in its building for any given Friday or Saturday, consult the stake calendar in the Online Resources and note the 3-digit code appearing in the day block. The first number
represents the Apple Chapel and the three units that meet therein, the second number represents the Hidden Chapel, and the third number represents the Stake Center. The letter “S” represents the Stake. For example, on Saturday, January
21, the code is 6/8/FB9, which means that on that day the 6th Ward has priority use in the Apple Chapel, the 8th Branch in the Hidden Chapel and the Fox Borough 9th Ward in Stake Center. Any other person or unit desiring the use of a building that day must have permission of the priority ward’s building scheduler.

The following are offered to coordinate efforts in maintaining a spiritual atmosphere while obtaining optimum use and care of our buildings. This list is not intended to be exhaustive, and other directives and guidelines may apply.
1. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY OF PERSONS USING CHURCH BUILDINGS AND PROPERTY FOR PERSONAL USE. Persons receiving authorized approval to use church buildings and property for authorized personal use agree to be personally and financially liable and responsible for any soiling and damage to church property occurring throughout the duration of their care, custody and control, and bear the responsibility to keep the building secure from occupancy by others not authorized.
2. Sacrament Meeting is the most sacred meeting held in the church. The bishopric plans and conducts sacrament meetings. Activities in the chapel and attire worn by those who enter the chapel should be appropriate to the sacred nature of the chapel area (appropriate attire is normally Sunday best).
3. No food should be brought in to the Chapel. The only exception is for babies who must be fed. If a spill should happen, please clean it up directly after the meeting. Cleaning supplies are available in the Member Cleaning Closet. If you need assistance to clean up an accident please contact a member of the bishopric immediately.
4. The use of the building during other than regularly scheduled meetings shall be arranged through the ward or stake, which has prime control as shown in the stake calendar.
5. To ensure that our buildings provide the proper atmosphere for worship, priesthood leaders should take necessary actions to ensure that the chapels, foyers, hallways and classrooms are presentable at all times. Each leader and teacher should shoulder the responsibility to ensure that, as they use and leave an area, proper energy conservation
and security measures are taken (i.e. lights are turned off and windows closed and locked) and that a general pickup is completed. On Sundays, each ward should perform a general pickup of the chapel and other areas, where possible, before the next ward arrives.
6. Church Facilities shall not be used for:
a) Athletic or other events not sponsored by the Church, including practices. (school, city & youth leagues, etc.)
b) Buying, selling, or promoting products, services, publications, or creative works, or demonstrating wares.
c) Holding political meetings or campaigns.
7. All activities must be under the supervision/direction of a responsible adult member of the stake (21 years or older) who shall remain present throughout the duration of the activity. It is the responsibility of that adult to ensure that the building is cleared, restored to orderly and clean condition; and, if it is the final activity of the day, ensures that the building is secured at the conclusion of the activity. This includes stowing of chairs and tables used in the activity. All lights, except for the outside security lights, will be turned off.
8. The responsible person in charge of an activity should be aware of everyone present and assure that their actions do not disrupt the activity, and that no one is allowed inappropriate access to other parts of the building.
9. Key stewardship is a privilege – not a right. Keys are issued on a temporary basis to those who have a calling that requires them to be in the building. All who receive keys are expected to sign for them. THERE WILL BE NO DUPLICATING OF KEYS. Upon release from a calling, all keys should be returned to the Bishopric or Stake Presidency. All irregular but authorized users of the building should obtain a key from the ward or stake designated representative. If a key is borrowed for unauthorized access, the key is subject to forfeiture.
10. The food serving area in the building is not intended for food preparation or cooking unless it is part of a lesson, demonstration, or other instruction. When food is to be served in the building or on the grounds, it should be prepared elsewhere and brought to the meetinghouse to be served. Service of food and beverages shall be restricted to the multi- purpose room (just off the kitchen), the cultural hall and the nursery. Food should not be left or stored in any part of the building.
11. Those who use the kitchen are responsible for cleanup, including the stove, refrigerator and floors. All trash should be deposited in the dumpster following the activity. Any boxes or cartons should be broken down to lie flat. Church dumpsters are for church use only, and expressly not for residential or commercial trash.
12. Sound systems should be operated only by responsible individuals and turned off at the conclusion of the activity.
13. BECAUSE SUNDAY EVENING IS INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY SACRED TIME AND MONDAY IS FAMILY NIGHT, BUILDINGS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE ON SUNDAYS AFTER 7:00 PM AND MONDAYS AFTER 5:00 PM.
14. Gym clothes and other activity attire worn for games and activities should be limited to the cultural hall, drinking fountain area, and dressing rooms. Shirts are required at all times and for all activities in the buildings. Street shoes should not be worn on hardwood floors during athletic activities. Shoes with taps (clogging shoes) are never allowed.
Men's hats/caps are not generally appropriate for wear inside the buildings and should be removed when entering the building.
15. Sports equipment (i.e. basketballs, volleyballs, etc.) should only be used in the cultural hall and should not be taken into the chapel area. Balls should be carried through and not bounced in the hallways and classrooms.

16. Music for any Church-sponsored event should be in harmony with Church standards and shall follow the LDS Church music guidelines. Music personnel and Priesthood leaders are responsible to see that worthy music is used and music standards are discussed with performing groups and disk jockeys before activities begin, so they know what is expected. Dance music should not be offensively or irreverently loud.
17. Borrowing of chairs and tables shall be done through the Agent Bishop or his designated representative who will be responsible to see that they are checked in and out.
18. Library materials may be checked out for use from the agent ward librarians.
19. Automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles and scooters should be parked in designated places and not used on lawn areas. Vehicles shall not be raced on Church property or driven by individuals who do not have a valid driver's license. (Those in violation may be referred to the local police for appropriate action). Large trucks, campers, motor homes and extra autos shall not be parked in church parking lots. (NOTE: The Apple Chapel parking lot is an approved UTA parking area.) Bicycles and scooters should not be brought into the buildings.
20. Overnight activities are not permitted in church buildings or stake church building property.
21. Friday and Saturday night activities must be terminated by 11:30 PM and the building vacated by 12:00 PM midnight. On weeknights the building should be secured by 10:00 PM.
22. The use of scooters, skateboards and roller blades is forbidden in the buildings at any time. Anyone using church parking lots or sidewalks for such activities should use consideration and must not jeopardize the safety of normal pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
23. Malicious acts of vandalism should be reported immediately to individual bishops who will attempt to have restitution made. In some cases referral to local police authorities may be necessary. The same will apply to those entering buildings at unauthorized times through windows or by forcing locked doors. (NOTE: Repair costs resulting from abuse are to be paid 100 percent by local membership.)
24. All members should be alert for safety, fire, and security hazards. Flammable items, such as straw, corn stalks or shucks, leaves, live Christmas trees/boughs, etc. shall not be used in decorations at any time. No open flames or candles are permitted at any time.
25. Only facility managers are authorized to place hooks, hangers or nails in the walls for decorations, etc.
26. Reverence is the responsibility of everyone.
27. Hung artwork shall not be moved.

28. The use of tape on door frames and walls is discouraged. The use of tape on wood doors is not allowed.
