Woods Cross 12th Ward Primary
Starting SUNDAY, MAY 16, our ward will be having ALL primary kids (Jr. & Sr. combined) meet in the chapel for a 30 minute singing time, right after our 1:00 Sacrament Meeting! We're so excited to see you all again!
A few things to note...
- We will all be wearing our masks (except for our chorister, who will be more than 6 feet away - but so that we can see their face as they teach the songs!)
- We will sit by class (remember you have the same teachers and class members as 2020), every other row in the chapel (to social distance as much as possible) and we'll have signs on the rows to remind you what class you're in!
- Since we'll be in the chapel, we'll need to practice reverence!
- We will be starting opening exercises again, with an O. Prayer / Scripture or AOF / Talk / C. Prayer (so, parents, be on the lookout if one of us to reaches out to ask if your child would like to help with those)
- In an effort to not lose anyone in the big chapel, CHILDREN - PLEASE do not try to leave (to go to the bathroom, etc.) without asking your teacher or a presidency member to accompany you down the hall!
- PARENTS - PLEASE COME TO THE CHAPEL as soon as church is over to pick up your children! (we don't want to just release everyone to run crazy in the hall trying to find their parents, so we will all stay in the chapel until your children are picked up by you!)
- We hope with these rules / precautions in place, that many of you will feel comfortable joining us! Since we're able to meet back in person again, we won't be sending out monthly singing time videos for now going forward.
- 12th Ward in person schedule will be:
- 1:00 - 2:00 Sacrament Meeting
- (10 minute transition)
- 2:10 - 2:40 Primary / Other Organization Classes
