The Purpose of Relief Society
Relief Society helps prepare women for the blessings of eternal life.
Depression/Anxiety Classes - Thursdays 7pm starting March 5th in the Relief Society Room of the Apple Chapel (1500 S & 800 W). There is a $40 fee which includes the Dr. Neil Nedley workbook and 8 classes. Dress is casual. This class is for everyone 12 and over who would like to learn life skills to help with Depression and Anxiety. Dr. Nedley says, “There is a way out of depression.” CLICK HERE for more info
